• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for standard website operations, such as processing a secure payment through Stripe. These are always active because the site cannot work without them.
• Analytics Cookies (optional): Set by Google Analytics 4 only if you choose “Accept analytics” on our cookie banner. They help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve page layouts and readability.

We do not use advertising, remarketing or personalised-advertising cookies, and Google Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled.

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-2L1FQCC0BJ), provided by Google Ireland Limited acting as our data processor.

• Cookies used: _ga and _ga_<stream ID>, which distinguish one visitor from another and typically last up to 2 years.
• When they are set: only after you select “Accept analytics”. Until then no Google Analytics script is loaded, no request is sent to Google and no analytics cookies are stored.
• What we measure: pages viewed, successful contact-form submissions (subject and programme of interest only), checkouts started, and completed purchases (order reference, programme, amount and currency).
• What we never send: names, email addresses, telephone numbers, message content or any other information that identifies you.
• Settings: IP anonymisation is enabled and Google Advertising features, Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off.

When you first visit, our cookie banner offers two equally available choices: “Accept analytics” and “Reject analytics”. Nothing optional is set until you choose, and choosing “Reject analytics” means Google Analytics is never loaded.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. If you withdraw consent, analytics stops immediately and we delete the _ga and _ga_* cookies we can access.
