To provide tailored CV services and interview training, we process:

• Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number.
• Professional Background: Employment history, education, certifications, and target-role criteria.
• Consultation Notes: Summary notes taken during your live 60-75 minute coaching or strategy sessions.
• Financial Data: Payment details processed securely via our payment gateway (e.g., Stripe). We do not store credit card details on our servers.

We process your personal data under the following lawful bases:

• Performance of a Contract: To draft your CVs, coordinate live rehearsals, and deliver your focus packs.
• Consent: Where you opt-in to receive career advice newsletters or marketing emails.
• Legal Obligation: To maintain appropriate accounting records for HMRC.

Active Files: We store your old CVs, new drafts, and consultant notes securely during active delivery.

Archive Period: To allow you to purchase updates in the future, we keep your completed files archived securely for 2 years, after which your CV documents are permanently deleted unless you explicitly request us to keep them active.

You can request the immediate deletion of your files at any point after service completion by emailing us.
