Terms & Conditions

We provide career marketing assets, document editing, live consultancy, and interview training across our seven core packages:

• CV Services: CV Starter Programme (£129), Essential Career Portfolio (£225), and Premium Career Portfolio (£345).
• Interview Training: Essential Interview Training Programme (£195) and Interview Performance Plus Programme (£329).
• Complete Accelerator Programmes: Career Ally Accelerator (£395) and Career Ally Accelerator Plus (£595).

Certain programmes include live 60–75 minute strategy or coaching sessions.

Delivery Dependency: We will not begin compiling or rebuilding written CVs, Cover Letters, or LinkedIn profiles until your live session (if included in your package) has taken place.

Cancellation & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a live session. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will result in the session being forfeited, or a rescheduling fee of £50 being charged.

To maintain service delivery standards and allocate team resources fairly, we enforce a strict project completion timeline:

Feedback Window: You are required to provide comments or approval on CV and document drafts within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Project Archiving: If you do not provide feedback or contact us within 14 days, your project will be marked as “inactive” and archived.

Project Expiry: If a project remains inactive for more than 30 calendar days without written agreement, the service will be deemed complete, the contract closed, and no refunds or further revisions will be issued. To re-open an expired file, a fee of £75 will apply.

• CV Starter Programme: Includes exactly one revision round.
• Essential/Premium Portfolios & Accelerator Packages: Include exactly two revision rounds.

Revisions are limited to polishing and aligning the agreed target-role direction. Changing your entire target-role or industry direction after work has commenced is treated as a new project and will incur additional fees.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you generally have a 14-day statutory right to cancel your purchase (“cooling-off period”) starting from the day of purchase. However, this right is modified as follows:

Instant-Access Digital Downloads (Focus Packs / Manuals): By completing your purchase, you explicitly request immediate delivery of any included digital materials. You acknowledge that once you stream, access, or download any digital content, your right to cancel and request a refund for that portion of the service is entirely waived.

Services Commenced Within the 14-Day Window: If you request us to schedule a live strategy session or begin drafting your bespoke documents before the 14-day cooling-off period ends, you must provide your express consent to start work immediately. If you cancel during this period but before work is complete, you agree to pay a proportionate fee to cover the work completed and hours logged up to the point of cancellation.

Bespoke Documents & Fully Performed Services: Once a written CV, Cover Letter, LinkedIn Profile, or Hiring Profile has been drafted and delivered to you, or a live session has occurred, the service is deemed fully performed, and your statutory right to cancel is lost.

No Outcomes Guarantee: Our services are delivered as professional career marketing and interview preparation assets. We write and advise in good faith, but we make no guarantee of job interviews, job offers, salary increases, or successful career transitions.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability to you in connection with any service purchased shall not exceed the price paid by you for that specific programme. We accept no liability for any loss of earnings, missed employment deadlines, or third-party costs.

All strategy manuals, interview questions, script frameworks, and digital focus packs supplied by us are the exclusive intellectual property of Your Career Ally.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these files for your personal job search. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, publishing, or sharing our proprietary materials with third parties.
